Two week meal plan

Hey guys!  I know it has been a while since I have been able to post.  I decided to take two classes this semester and it is taking all of me to keep up with everything.  I not only go to school at night but I have the daily chores to do like cleaning, keeping the kids from destroying everything, cooking, cleaning, etc.  You all know how it goes.  I have really struggled this semester to keep up with things because I am taking a very challenging class.  I still have an A in one class and at the moment I have a high B in the STATS class!  The STATS class is the challenging one and I hope that I can come out with an A but if not I will gladly accept the B and say thank you.  Anyone ever taken Statistical Psychology will agree with me on this.  Anyways, on to what I originally wanted to post about.  My two week meal plan for this week.

UPDATE:  My cost for these 2 weeks totaled 137.21; this total includes anything we need around the house as well.  I had to by a small wisk for the kitchen so that is included with our grocery budget.  As well as diaper, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.  I don't normally have to buy cleaning supplies and such every 2 weeks, but it is included in the event that I need to buy them.

Saturday - Chili
Sunday - Chili dogs using left over chili
Monday - Shrimp scampi (pioneer woman recipe)
Tuesday - Beef stew
Wednesday - left overs
Thursday - Chicken and dumplings
Friday - (Dustin work Christmas party) boys and whoever watches them will be eating spaghetti if they desire.
Saturday - Brussels with chicken and quinoa (Sort of like a salad)  It is delicious.  I think the recipe is on my pinterest board
Sunday - Steak with baked potato and broccoli
Monday - Steak fajitas
Tuesday - Grilled chicken lime salad
Wednesday - left overs
Thursday - left overs
Friday - possibly out of town if not...  to be thrown together maybe veggies
Saturday - possibly out of town.

If you follow me on instagram you will see that I have already cooked a few of these items.  I do not go in order.  I only list the days of the week to help me with planning.  If we are scheduled to have shrimp scampi on monday and I don't want to cook scampi on monday I will cook something else that is on the menu instead.  The things that I have already cooked are marked out.  What are you all cooking this week?  I would love to hear what you are having.

~Enjoy~
